This technology clr 2002 is the year we built a second home in the state of Texas. The new owners of the first home were pretty amazing. We had to move it twice, but we finally got it on the market and sold it in 2010. We bought it for about $180,000 and tore it down in 2012, but the new owners are now renovating it. They told us they are hoping to be done sometime in early 2015.

He’s an architect who graduated from the University of Washington and who has made an impact in the Seattle area. The new owner is quite optimistic about their intentions because he told us he’s been looking at the project for months. He said they have done a lot of research and have found many things that are either impossible, or simply impractical for this time of year.
