This, to me, is more of an “as my neighbor is so nice and open to building a second park, I’m just going to build a second park” than a “I want a house to be my neighbor, and as my neighbor is so nice, I’m just going to build a house.
I’m not sure if this is still true, but I do think that this is one of the main reasons that the city will eventually build a second central park. That is, unless they get out of the way and build a park in between the two cities, in which case I might be wrong. We should hope for the best.
